Use of Personal Information 

We only collect personal information which you want to provide to us or which is needed to deliver our eRecruiting service to you. We collect direct personal information (e.g. name, address, e-mail and employment information) as well as indirect personal information by browsing this website and communicating electronically with us (such as cookies, connection and system information). You will also be able to upload documents such as covering letters, CVs and references. 

Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of processing your application for employment and possibly to determine whether you would be suitable for other positions available within the Segal Group. For this reason, Segal Group recruiters are able to see your personal information. 

Segal Group may share your personal information with other subsidiaries and/or business units to which you are applying within Segal Group. We may also supply your personal information to Third Parties (such as our internet service providers) who help us administer this website or assist us in our online recruiting process. These Third Parties are bound by legal agreements requiring them to maintain your personal information in confidence and only use such information on behalf of Segal Group for the purposes described herein. We are, however, required by several laws to share certain non-personally identifiable information with government agencies for affirmative action and other reporting purposes, without the need to obtain consent from applicants or employees.” 

Segal Group will store the personal information that you send to us via this website for as long as is reasonably necessary for your employment application, taking into consideration our need to answer queries or resolve problems and comply with applicable federal and state requirements with respect to the retention of personnel records. If you do not wish to be considered for future employment opportunities, you have the option of deleting your candidate profile in our Applicant Portal or contacting the Segal Group Recruiting Representative responsible for the positon to which you are applying and requesting that your personal information be deleted. 

Accessing, Correcting and Deleting Information 

You may revise or deactivate your candidate profile at any time. You may also have your personal information deleted completely by entering the profile you created in our Website’s applicant portal or sending an e-mail to your Segal Group Recruiting representative. 

By accepting the terms of this Privacy Notice, you expressly consent that we collect and use your personal information for the purpose of processing your application for employment and possibly to determine whether you would be suitable for other positions available within Segal Group. You also agree to release and discharge and hold Segal Group harmless in connection with your providing and with respect to Segal Group’s use of your personal information.
